In my role at Starbucks, my focus was on developing global social strategies based on regional insights and needs. With Starbucks cafes in over 70 countries, I consulted with our social media partners around the world to provide strategic guidance and help us better tell a unified story as a global brand. This includes creating editorial calendars for global moments and collaborating with teams to manage, organize and share creative assets as well as leading crisis communication.
I started as a community management lead of our @Starbucks Instagram channel where I published content and managed conversations around brand moments, coffee education and new beverage offerings. With over 13 million followers we are the #1 most followed brand in our industry and the #20 most followed brand overall. |
